A downloadable asset pack

Asesprite loading framework for gamemaker, supports loading .ase files in runtime and manipulating layers and other such things.

Currently, you can draw them dynamically, toggling layer visibility, palette swapping, grey scaling and sprite baking.

The library works by building a global metadata struct, each aseprite file is added to this struct with it's own metadata, the library itself includes all the scripts you need to render to the screen.

It's a bit complicated, so I recommend you read the documentation here:

Install instructions

Import the library by going to tools - import and add everything.

The project is self initializing and doesn't need an object or script call at game start. You can immediately start importing sprites with load_ase and draw_cell (and it's variations)
